Day 1: Sunday June 14th

Arrival & Welcome Day

• Hotel check-in
• Settle in and unwind after your journey
• Take time to relax or explore the hotel surroundings

Day 2: Monday June 15th

Welcome Evening Soirée

An elegant evening of connection, music, and light indulgence as we officially welcome everyone.
• Enjoy cocktails, wines, and a selection of curated canapés.
• A relaxed evening setting with music for mingling and conversation.

Location: Sheraton Lisboa Hotel (Springfield Room)
Time: 6pm

Day 3: Tuesday June 16th

Lisbon City Tour Day

Discover the beauty, history, and charm of Lisbon through a guided city experience.

• Explore the iconic Belém district, including Belém Tower and Jerónimos Monastery
• Pass through Avenida da Liberdade, Lisbon’s luxury boulevard
• Visit scenic viewpoints and historic areas within the city centre
• Enjoy a walking experience through Castelo, Rossio, and surrounding streets
• Extra time for lunch, shopping, and photos

Location: Pickup from Sheraton Lisboa Hotel & Spa lobby
Departure Time: 10:30 am

Dress Code: Adire T-shirt and Blue Jeans
Note: Custom Adire t-shirts for this day will be given on Monday night at the welcome evening soirée and on the morning of the event. Ensure you wear comfortable and floor-gripping shoes, as parts of the city are majorly cobblestoned and uphill.

Day 4: Wednesday June 17th

Personal Leisure & Exploration Day

Take the day to unwind, explore and enjoy Lisbon at your own pace.
• Stroll through the charming streets of the city and discover local cafés, boutiques, and cultural spots
• Relax at nearby beaches or enjoy a spa and wellness experience
• Visit iconic landmarks or museums, or enjoy a scenic viewpoint across the city
• Optional experiences such as shopping, food tours, or guided visits can be explored individually.

This free day allows everyone to personalise their experience and enjoy Lisbon in a way that suits them best before the next group activity.

Day 5: Thursday June 18th

Sunset Boat Cruise Day

Set sail for an evening of music, views, and celebration along the Tagus River.

• Includes a private catamaran experience with scenic views of Lisbon
• Take in iconic sights including the 25 de Abril Bridge, Belém Tower, and the waterfront skyline
• Relax, connect, and enjoy the atmosphere as the sun sets over the city
• Light refreshments and drinks available onboard

Location: Pick up from Sheraton Lisboa Hotel & Spa lobby
Departure time: 5pm
Port of Departure: Doca Alcantara

Dress code: Black and white
Note: This experience covers 2 persons max per household. Additional guests are to pay the full cost per person.

Day 6: Friday June 19th

Grand Gala Celebration

• An unforgettable evening of elegance, celebration, and special moments as we honour this milestone.
• Includes a beautifully curated dining experience
• Live entertainment, music and a vibrant atmosphere
• A night of connection and lasting memories

Location: White Plains Hall, Sheraton Lisbo a Hotel and Spa
Time: 4pm

Dress code: Formal attire in Purple and Gold hues

Day 7: Saturday June 20th

Day trip to Fátima and its environs.

• A cultural and spiritual journey through some of Portugal’s most iconic destinations as follows:

Fátima – Visit the Sanctuary of Fátima, including the Chapel of the Apparitions and the Basilica of Our Lady of the Rosary.
Batalha – Discover the magnificent Gothic Monastery of Batalha, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Nazaré – Experience the dramatic coastal cliffs and beaches world-renowned for their giant waves.
Óbidos – Explore the charming medieval town with over 2,000 years of history, known for its preserved walls, cobbled streets and timeless character.

Pick-up location: Sheraton Lisboa Hotel & Spa lobby.
Departure time: 9.00am

Dress code: White on White or Khaki bottoms
